RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you will have 14 days from the original arrival date to send it back to us and receive a full refund to the original form of payment. 

Any Returned item must be in the exact same condition as originally received.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. 

Example: if you received a piece from MVH on the 1st, you would have until the 14th until 11:59 PM to submit a request form.

LIMITED ITEMS:

Limited edition items, Also known as (Quick Strikes)  Will have their own additional return policies prior to its release date due to their limited release. Any collaboration pieces with My Voyage Homme that are Quick Strikes may include a no-return policy but we will make it very clear prior to releasing limited edition products. 

EXCHANGES: 

Any items that were purchased after 14 days with proof of purchase, will have a two-year exchange for an item of equal value to the item purchased or in the form of store credit.

If there is no proof of purchase we cannot process a return or exchange.
